General Terms
By booking, purchasing, attending, or participating in any Skydive India activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to tandem skydiving, solo jumps, training, gift vouchers, group bookings, private events, media packages, and drop zone visits operated by Skydive India, powered by Macsen Aviation Pvt. Ltd.
01Booking Requirements
Bookings are subject to availability, eligibility, payment confirmation, instructor availability, aircraft planning, weather suitability, and drop zone permissions.
- Participants must provide accurate name, contact details, age, weight, emergency contact, selected activity, and booking date.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment, voucher approval, or written confirmation is received.
- Participants must carry valid government identification and complete all waivers, declarations, and medical documentation before approval.
- Bookings cannot be transferred, resold, renamed, or converted without written approval from Skydive India.
02Participant Eligibility
Eligibility is assessed for safe aircraft movement, harness fit, instructor pairing, freefall, canopy flight, and landing.
- The minimum age for skydiving participation is 12 years and above.
- Participants under the age of 18 years, including those aged 12 to 17 years, must provide valid parental or guardian consent before participation.
- Participants may be required to meet weight, fitness, medical, and documentation requirements before approval.
- Final acceptance remains at the discretion of the assigned instructor and operations team.
03Medical Requirements
Participants must be medically fit for an aviation adventure activity involving aircraft, altitude, freefall, parachute deployment, canopy flight, and landing.
- A general medical fitness certificate may be required and must be presented in the requested format.
- Heart issues, epilepsy, fainting, neurological disorders, pregnancy, recent surgery, major back or neck problems, serious injury, or medication concerns must be disclosed before booking.
- Participants with major medical conditions may be asked to submit a special medical fitness certificate.
- Skydive India may refuse or defer participation if health, fitness, documentation, or instructor assessment indicates risk.
04Conduct & Safety
Participants and visitors must maintain discipline at the drop zone, aircraft movement area, briefing area, and landing area.
- Participants must wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe sports shoes.
- Alcohol, recreational drugs, or intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited before and during the activity.
- Smoking, littering, restricted-area entry, unsafe behaviour, harassment, or interference with operations may lead to removal without refund.
- Late arrival may result in missed manifest, reschedule fees, or cancellation without refund.
05Payment Policy
Full payment is required to be completed before the scheduled jump.
- The booking amount reserves instructor capacity, aircraft planning, manifest space, drop zone flow, equipment preparation, and support resources.
- All pending balances must be cleared before briefing, gear-up, aircraft boarding, jump, training, or event activity begins.
- Payment may be completed through approved payment methods shared by Skydive India.
- Prices confirmed at booking are honoured for that booking, but future pricing may change without prior notice.
06Weather, Equipment & Cancellation
Skydiving is highly dependent on weather conditions and operational equipment. As such, jumps may be subject to cancellation due to safety considerations.
- Cloud base, wind, visibility, rain, turbulence, heat, runway status, landing-area conditions, aircraft serviceability, and equipment readiness may delay or stop operations.
- Jump order and timing may change throughout the day based on operational and safety requirements.
- In the event of cancellation initiated by our team, a full refund of the amount received from you will be issued.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the refund of payments received, and we shall not be liable for any additional expenses, losses, or claims arising from such cancellation.
07Operational Changes
Skydive India may change operational details to protect safety, comply with aviation requirements, and maintain professional flow.
- Jump order, instructor assignment, aircraft assignment, reporting time, briefing time, altitude profile, or landing-area flow may change without prior notice.
- No refund or repeat attempt is due if a participant refuses to jump after briefing, gear-up, boarding, or aircraft climb when cleared to proceed.
- Incomplete documentation, incorrect declarations, failed checks, or unsafe condition may result in refusal without refund.
- All administrative formalities must be completed before jump approval.
08Media & Privacy
Photos, videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content may be captured during the customer journey and skydiving operation.
- Media may be used for customer delivery, internal training, quality review, marketing, advertising, website content, and social media promotion.
- If you do not want promotional use of your image or video, inform Skydive India in writing before the activity begins.
- Participants are responsible for phones, bags, jewellery, documents, and personal belongings at the drop zone.
- Privacy handling is governed by the Skydive India Privacy Policy.
09Insurance, Liability & Indemnity
Skydiving is an inherently risky adventure sport even when professional systems, trained teams, and modern equipment are used.
- Participants are strongly advised to arrange personal accident, medical, travel, and adventure sports insurance.
- Skydive India does not automatically provide personal insurance coverage.
- Every participant must sign a waiver, release, indemnity, and risk acknowledgement before approval.
- Participants agree to indemnify Skydive India, Macsen Aviation Pvt. Ltd., instructors, staff, affiliates, and partners from claims except where prohibited by law.
10Governing Law & Amendments
These terms are governed by Indian law and should be read with all Skydive India policy pages and booking documents.
- Disputes should first be raised in writing for amicable resolution.
- If unresolved, disputes are subject to competent courts in Rajasthan, India, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Skydive India may amend these terms for operational, safety, legal, aviation, technology, pricing, or business reasons.
- The latest version published on skydives.in applies from its stated update date.
Participant Commitment
By booking, you confirm that you understand the professional nature of skydiving operations and accept that safety decisions, weather calls, instructor discretion, aircraft limitations, equipment readiness, and regulatory requirements take priority.
